Message from the Headmaster
Congratulations to all our Matriculants on their fine achievements in the 2011 Matric exams. We celebrate all the hard work put in by the boys and teachers, with these results providing the culmination of the foundation laid at St John’s College. We are proud of you and will watch with interest as you go out into the world. May the light, life and love of Christ be your guide and strength in the years ahead.
At the same time, as we are grateful for all God’s blessings, we are very conscious of the tragic loss of one of our Matriculants, Peter Raney – Head of Nash. Peter was a fine Johannian, a compassionate and caring young man, who exercised his leadership of Nash House with kindness and strength. He was an example to all of us. We extend our deepest sympathy to his family.
Our best wishes to our Matric Class of 2011. May the many challenges of the future be met with courage and strength.
