St John's Rowers placed in A Final at Port Alfred Annual Boat Race

St John's College rowers participated in the annual Boat Race held at Port Alfred held over the week-end of 9 - 10 December 2011. The St John's team was placed in the A final, after the heats which were held on Friday. On Saturday, after a 6km battle between St John's and St George's Rowing Academy, St John's was awarded the silver medal. |
