The College Capping Ceremony took place in The Memorial Chapel on the eve of the 27th St John’s College Easter Rugby Festival, brought to you by Standard Bank.
It was a wonderful evening, led by MC Mr Arnold Geerdts, joined by Mr Chiko Manokore, Head of Private Banking and Affluent Clients at Standard Bank.
The U19s were addressed by Mr Stuart West, Executive Headmaster and were entertained by Mr David O’Sullivan, media personality and author of Rassie: Stories of Life and Rugby who ‘channelled’ Rassie, sharing a few motivational messages with the teams.
The boys received their festival caps with the excitement of the days ahead in their hearts.
