Temporary Full-Time Position

We seek to appoint a qualified Marketing Assistant in a temporary position from 1 February to mid-April 2017.
The successful applicant's role will be to assist the Head of Marketing with all marketing-related administartion/communication for St John's College.
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Marketing.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

  • General office administration
  • Managing the design, production and printing of various programmes and marketing elements
  • Updating general communication and news across communication platforms
  • Maintaining and updating the websites
  • Updating all social media platforms with recent news/events
  • Updating news bulletins and noticeboards across campus
  • Assisting with writing and distributing press releases
  • Co-ordinating, taking and archiving photographs and videos content of news and special events
  • Assisting with event planning and coordination

The Minimum Requirements are:

    - Tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field
    - 3 to 5 years relevant marketing experience
    - Attention to detail is critical
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    - Experience in online communications and social media
    - Demostrated ability to work independantly, flexibly and co-operatively
    - Demostrated ability to organise work, manage time, determine priorities and meet deadlines
