It was a very busy year last year, and the last part of the Michaelmas term was no exception to this rule.
As you will see from this retrospective College Life, we ended the year with many celebrations – fitting, given the excellence of our students. From the Senior Eskom International Science Fair to premieres at Film Festivals, from academics to sports to cultural activities, our students and staff covered a vast range of activities with excellence. We are proud of these achievements and prouder of the broader cohort who formed the milieu from which they rose.
These pages cover most of Michaelmas term. Many of our boys have continued to grow the St John’s legacy with their achievements over the holidays and the early part of 2023. We will celebrate these with the achievement of our Sixth Form and their AS and A Level results (released on Tuesday 10 January) and our Matric results (released on Wednesday 18 January), all in the next edition of College Life.
