Rugby season is in the second half of the Trinity Term and is played in a 10-man format. Only the U12A and 1st teams play the full 15-man format. Different rules are implemented in different age groups for safety reasons.
Full inter-school fixtures take place allowing every boy the opportunity to play competitive matches against similarly skilled opponents. Any boy from U9 to Open may play rugby.
We aim to foster a love of the game and to equip boys with the necessary skills to enjoy this ultimate team sport.
