St John’s College hosted the Valedictory Service for the St John’s College Academy in the Memorial Chapel on 31 October. This annual event brought 120 young men from Barnato Park and Highlands North Boys’ High School and 40 Prep boys from Asteri Primary, Yeoville Boys’ Primary, and Yeoville Community School to celebrate the Academy students’ achievements.
Mr Mickey Mashego, Head of Community Engagement, extended a heartfelt welcome to the newest members of St John’s College Academy during the Welcome and Induction Service in the Memorial Chapel.
The St John's College and Prep Academy Prize-Giving and Valedictory Service, which took place in The Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, 31 October, is always a special occasion as we celebrate the achievements of our Academy students. It is also always a sad occasion as we say farewell to our Grade 7s and matrics as their time with us comes to an end.
